I'm Fred Chu, an independent developer in Taoyuan, Taiwan, working at the intersection of AI development and financial analysis. I restructured my entire one-person company around AI agents: commercial subtitle and earnings-call translation pipelines, daily productivity automation, and trading research infrastructure — all running on agent systems I designed and operate.

MumbleKey is the on-device speech-recognition keyboard for iPhone and visionOS I'm building. This blog documents working notes from both tracks — AI agent engineering and trading. Everything here comes from systems running in production, not theory.
